The outside appearance was very nice. The lobby gives you a relaxing feel of being on vacation as you enter the hotel. The pool looked nice, I saw a view of it, but did not utilize it. At night, there were some nice colored lights to illuminate the outside and a waterfall to capture the scenery of the hotel. The room I got was ok. It didn't have a fridge, so I couldn't put my food in there that I couldn't finish. There also wasn't a safe. It was a roomy hotel room. I ate at their restaurant and enjoyed the lunch that I ordered. It was good pasta. There's also an El Torrito close by and it was packed in the evening. Right across the street from the airport. It was the closest hotel within walking distance.

The place is conveniently located across from Orange County Airport. The room was clean, included amenity such as coffee pot, iron and small siiting area. Has a small paito. The bed was comfortable and beding was clean. The staff was very nice. Has a pool and small exercise room. The conference was walking distance from the hotel. IHOP and El Torito restarant just down the street. I WOULD stay here again and highly recommend it. There are smoking and non smoking room. My was non smoking and it did not smell like smoke. My room total was $* a nite.

This is without a doubt the worst experience I've ever had traveling. Rude staff, room stunk and they ould do nothing about it ("oh it's just the clening products")put you on hold EVERY time you call, charges way too much for (non secure/open) parking. Their time screwing around behind the scenes was obviously more important than the customer. NEVER AGAIN

Rude staff, room stunk and they ould do nothing about it ("oh it's just the clening products")put you on hold EVERY time you call, charges way too much for (non secure/open) parking. Their time screwing around behind the scenes was obviously more important than the customer. NEVER AGAIN
